It all started on the sales floor. Cutting her teeth as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom, Loretta Soffe fell fast in love with fashion and the endless possibilities of retail. Year by year, she honed her business savvy, quickly rising to become the retailer’s youngest- ever EVP leader of Women’s Apparel.

Today, after a lustrous 24-year tenure with Nordstrom, Loretta has emerged as the authority on retail, merchandising and consumer-based tactics. She offers her expertise in retail, e-commerce, branding and industry advising to a roster of the world’s leading retailers and agencies, helping them better understand their own stories, their offerings, and most importantly, their relationships with consumers.
